Kentuckians should have the right to decide for themselves what organizations they want to join. The Kentucky Legislature should give workers the freedom to choose for themselves whether to join and pay dues to a union or not. I believe it is unfair to force people to pay dues to any organization as a condition of employment. I also believe Kentucky should be taken off the "no call" list of companies who will not consider creating new jobs in a state that does not allow employee choice. I urge you to support employee choice for Kentucky workers. I support House Bill 38 in the House of Representatives.
