What Right to Work legislation does...
  1. Preserves the right of all individuals in the work force to decide for themselves what organizations to which they want to join and pay dues.
  2. Prevents a worker from being forced to leave a job for refusing to join and pay dues to a union.
  3. Bans the compulsory payment of dues.
What Right to Work legislation does not do...
  1. Interfere with the right of unions to organize.
  2. Prevent any worker from voluntarily joining and paying dues to any organization.
