About CPC 

The Commonwealth Progress Council is an independant, non-partisan public interest association that supports programs and politics designed to promote economic development, job creation and employment opportunity in Kentucky.

The Council supports legislation that would take Kentucky off the no call list of companies looking to expand and create good jobs.

Lexington businessman Doug Alexander is Executive Director of the Council. Doug is a public relations and corporate communications professional and former press secretary to Governor Wallace G. Wilkinson.
